Panattoni has secured EUR 10 million in financing from Santander Bank Polska to build the second stage of City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV, an urban logistics park near Warsaw Airport.
The EUR 22 million loan will enable the second and third stages of the park – a modern BTS facility and a 28,000-square-meter speculative hall — to be completed.
The acquisition increases the group’s number of residential units under development and expands the growth potential of its land bank in Warsaw, Poznan, and Wroclaw.
Panattoni is reporting that it obtained WELL Certification at the Gold level for the office space within the BTS project it prepared for a global automotive company in Gliwice, Poland.
In 2024, the company reports, it reduced its CO2 emissions by approximately one fifth, and that 93% of its office and retail buildings now hold one of the internationally recognized environmental certifications.
