Vastint Poland’s B10 Building Certified at “Platinum” by WiredScore

Vastint Poland’s B10 office building has become the third building in Wroclaw to be awarded WiredScore Platinum – the highest level of certification in the globally recognized rating system for digital connectivity in real estate.

According to Vastint, “the WiredScore certification process rigorously evaluates a building’s digital resilience, infrastructure diversity, quality of internet connectivity, readiness to support future technologies, and overall user experience. Achieving Platinum confirms that B10 delivers robust, secure, and future-ready digital infrastructure – a critical foundation for businesses in today’s connected economy.”

“WiredScore Platinum is a testament to our commitment to delivering office spaces that meet the evolving technological needs of modern occupiers,” commented David Pettersson, Development & Construction Manager at Vastint Poland. “From day one, we prioritized digital infrastructure on par with design and location.”

B10 is a modern, six-story office building offering 14,000 square meters of leasable space. In spring 2025, KRUK S.A., a participant in the debt-management sector, relocated its headquarters to the building, taking up two and a half floors.
