Cordia Romania Acquires Land for Centropolitan in Bucharest

Cordia Romania has acquired a 8,179-square-meter land plot in Bucharest from developer Bog’Art for the development of Centropolitan.

Centropolitan will be a premium residential project comprising 274 apartments and approximately 3,345 square meters of integrated commercial spaces. All building permits have been secured, and construction works have already commenced. The Centropolitan development is designed as a lifestyle-oriented residential community, featuring amenities such as a gastro bar, kids’ corner, arcade room for teenagers, coworking hub, and dedicated fitness and yoga areas.

Cordia Romania, part of the Futureal Group, operates across the mid and mid-to-high residential segments in Hungary, Poland, Romania, Spain, and the United Kingdom. 

Stratulat Albulescu advised Cordia Romania while Pop Briciu Crai advised the sellers (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on February 2, 2026).
