mBank will relocate its largest corporate branch in Lower Silesia to the Avestus Real Estate and Alchemy Properties-owned Infinity office building in Wroclaw in January 2027.
According to Avestus, the bank will occupy nearly 1,300 square meters on the fourth floor of the building. In addition to corporate banking, the new location will also house a private banking branch as well as mLeasing.
Infinity is a seven-storey Class A office building offering 18,727 square meters of office space and 1,561 square meters of retail and service space. Located at pl. Jana Pawla II, Wroclaw, the development delivered by Avestus Real Estate in cooperation with Alchemy Properties was built in accordance with the requirements of the BREEAM Excellent certification, as well as the WELL Health-Safety certification. Office tenants at the building include Avenga, Divante, Dom Development Wroclaw, ingage Poland, FutureMeds (present in both the office and retail and service areas of Infinity), Lufthansa Technik Aktiengesellschaft, NATEK Poland, The Shire – Beyond Coworking, and SPCG. Retail and service tenants include Medicover Stomatology dental clinic, Goraco Polecam Smaki z Piekarni, Zabka convenience store, FutureMeds, “UP” Fitness Club with a Mission, and the Enel-Med medical center.
mBank has been operating since 1986 and has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1992. It is the fifth-largest bank in Poland by total assets, serving 5.7 million retail banking clients and 36,000 corporate banking clients.
