Jakub Kutzmann Joins Baker Tilly Legal Poland as Head of Real Estate

Jakub Kutzmann has joined Baker Tilly Legal Poland as a Partner and the firm’s new Head of the Real Estate Practice.

According to Baker Tilly Legal Poland, Kutzmann specializes in transactional work and investment projects, including cross-border transactions and joint venture platforms. Before joining the firm, he worked for Tomczykowski Tomczykowska as a Partner from 2024 to 2026 and for White & Case as a Local Partner from 2020 to 2023. Earlier, he worked for NEPI Rockcastle as a General Counsel from 2016 to 2020 and for Weil, Gotshal & Manges as its Head of Real Estate from 2014 to 2016. Earlier still, he worked for Norton Rose as a Senior Associate from 2008 to 2013 and for Linklaters from 2004 to 2008.
