Scallier has announced the launch of the commercialization of the new retail park in Darlowo.
According to the company, the opening of the new retail park in Darlowo is planned for the 2027 summer holiday season. The investor behind the project is Medos.
The development will be located in the Darlowo municipality, in the village of Rusko, directly next to national road DK37, which is the main access route to Darlowo and Darlowko. Its location along one of the region’s key transport arteries will ensure high visibility of the facility and convenient access for both local residents and tourists visiting the seaside resort. According to Medos, the project has secured an agreed road access to the national road. Favorable provisions of the local spatial development plan allow for the construction of more than 18,000 square meters of retail space on the site.
“We anticipated a fast pace of commercialization of the new retail park located at the entrance to Darlowo, however, the actual level of interest from tenants has significantly exceeded our expectations, confirming the attractiveness of both the location and the investment concept,” Scallier Senior Leasing Manager Anna Wojciechowska commented. “The first lease agreements were signed in December, and further ones are currently at an advanced stage of negotiations.”
