Panattoni Completes Lodz Facility for E.G.O

Panattoni has completed the construction of a new production facility in Lodz for the E.G.O.-Group.

The 15,000-square-meter factory was delivered in a build-to-own (BTO) formula next to the company’s existing headquarters. The facility is located approximately 8 kilometers from the center of Lodz and 4 kilometers from the A1 motorway.

E.G.O. is a supplier of components for the household appliances sector. It has been present in Poland since 2005 and runs one of the country’s largest manufacturing centers for home appliance components in Lodz.

“The new E.G.O. production plant, with equivalent space for important administrative and development areas, enables us to respond even better to customer requirements,” commented E.G.O. Polska Sp. z o.o. General Manager Mariusz Stepniewski. “The new infrastructure offers us many opportunities to optimize workflows and processes, and our employees enjoy excellent working conditions. We are all looking forward to the new building.”

“We are delighted to have accompanied E.G.O. in the delivery of such a significant project,” added Panattoni Regional Managing Director Central Poland and Greater Poland Katarzyna Kujawiak. “From the very beginning, our cooperation was close and constructive. The building was designed in direct consultation with the client to perfectly meet its operational needs and support further growth. The new facility is located near the company’s current headquarters and key business partners, while the plot itself also provides space for potential future expansion.”
