Granit Asset Management Acquires Obuda Gate Office Building

Granit Asset Management has acquired the Obuda Gate office building in Budapest from the Central European Real Estate Fund.

The acquisition was carried out via the Hungarian Post Savings Real Estate Investment.

Obuda Gate is a Danube-front, panoramic A-category office building located on the Buda side of the city. The property comprises approximately 14,000 square metres of office space.

Schoenherr advised Granit Asset Management and Hamar advised the sellers (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on February 2, 2026).
