GTLS Signs Lease at Hillwood Grodzisk Mazowiecki Logistics Park

GTLS, a company specializing in road transport, freight forwarding, and warehousing and transshipment services, has signed a lease agreement to become a tenant at the Hillwood Grodzisk Mazowiecki logistics park in Chlebnia, near Warsaw.

GTLS has been present on the market since 2020. According to a Hillwood press release, “the decision to lease nearly 2,900 square meters of modern warehouse and office space in Hillwood Grodzisk Mazowiecki is another step in [GTLS’s] expansion and strengthening of its position in the logistics services sector.”

“Hillwood Grodzisk Mazowiecki is an investment that combines the potential of well-developed infrastructure with the advantages of proximity to Warsaw,” saod Wojciech Dachniewski, Business Development Director at Hillwood Polska. “We are delighted that GTLS – a dynamically developing company – has chosen our park as a location for further development. Thanks to the immediate proximity of the A2 motorway, our tenants can efficiently serve both the capital market and major distribution routes throughout Poland.”

“The lease transaction at Hillwood Grodzisk Mazowiecki allowed our client to acquire modern space that fully meets their operational and technical expectations,” said Karol Osiecki, Director of Warehouse Market Development at AXI IMMO, which advised GTLS on the matter. “The location near the A2 motorway provides convenient access to major transportation routes, which translates into greater operational efficiency and shorter order fulfillment times.”

Ultimately, the Hillwood Grodzisk Mazowiecki logistics park will consist of two warehouse buildings with a total area of 88,000 square meters. The first building, spanning over 51,000 square meters, has already been completed, and Hillwood reports that only a few spaces remain available for lease.

According to Hillwood, plans for the logistics park include BREEAM certification at the “Excellent” level, a photovoltaic installation, and other environmentally friendly solutions. The park offers storage heights of up to 12 meters, a floor-load capacity of 8 tons per square meter, and natural daylighting of up to 3%.
