Panattoni Commences Construction of Final Phase of Panattoni Park Kielce

Panattoni has announced that a fourth building with an area of 13,000 square meters is now under development as the final stage of its Swietokrzyskie investment in Kielce.

According to the developer, construction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026, and two lease agreements have already been signed.

Panattoni Park Kielce is a project that will ultimately comprise four buildings totaling approximately 68,000 square meters. The complex is located at the administrative boundary of Kielce, 6 kilometers from the city center, along the Warsaw-Krakow route and near the Kielce Zachod (Niewachlow II) junction, which connects the S7 expressway and national road DK74.

“Panattoni recognized the potential of the Swietokrzyskie region at an early stage of its development,” commented Panattoni Managing Director Dorota Jagodzinska-Sasson. “Today, Kielce is becoming an increasingly important hub on the national distribution network map. Our investments in this region not only address business needs, but also strengthen the position of the Świętokrzyskie Province as an emerging logistics and production hub.”
