7R has completed its acquisition of a 140,000-square-meter site in Stara Wies, in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship of Poland, for the development of warehouse space exceeding 60,000 square meters, ideal for warehousing, logistics, and BTO/BTS projects.

“We are expanding our operations in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship with this acquisition, which aligns with our strategy of developing high-quality logistics spaces in strategically located regions,” said Izabela Kicinska, Land Acquisition Director at 7R. “The successful completion of this acquisition, within two months, reflects our ability to execute complex transactions efficiently.
