Panattoni Secures Financing for Second Phase of City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV

Panattoni has secured EUR 10 million in financing from Santander Bank Polska to build the second stage of City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV, an urban logistics park near Warsaw Airport.

“Thanks to the financing obtained from Santander Bank Polska, we can now proceed with the next stage of our investment, located in the south of Warsaw, on the ring road and just 5 kilometers from Chopin Airport,” said Emilia Taczewska-Trojanska, Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni. “Its excellent location makes City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV ideal for urban, domestic and international logistics. The new stage of the investment has already secured its first tenant, a leading provider of internal logistics solutions, which will move its branch to a more modern building with a larger space than before.”

The current stage covers approximately 11,500 square meters, of which 1,600 will be used for office space. The project is distinguished by its flexibility – small modules are available, which is an optimal solution for companies in the e-commerce, courier-services, light-manufacturing, and packaging industries. The facility also allows for the arrangement of space for a company headquarters or showroom.

According to a Panattoni press release, “like all Panattoni projects, the investment will comply with the principles of sustainable development and will be BREEAM certified at the Excellent level. The first stage has already seen the construction of a hall with an area of over 10,000 square meters, which has been fully leased by one of the leading logistics operators.”
