Real estate developer Yareal Polska has announced Exact Sciences – a global leader in molecular diagnostics and early cancer detection – has chosen its LIXA campus in Warsaw for its new Polish international enabling hub.
According to Yareal, Exact Sciences has joined the tenants of the LIXA D office building, leasing a total of over 1,800 square meters of space on the first floor of the building at Gieldowa 5 in Warsaw.
Exact Sciences is a provider of cancer screening and diagnostic tests, offering patients and healthcare professionals the knowledge needed to take life-changing action sooner. The company was founded in the United States in 1995 and now has laboratories and offices worldwide, including international headquarters in Zug, Switzerland, as well as offices in London, Milan, Munich, Paris, Tokyo, and Warsaw.
