EUR 20.2 Million Financing for Panattoni Park Gdansk West II

Panattoni has secured a EUR 20.2 million loan from BNP Paribas Bank Polska to build a third hall at Panattoni Park Gdansk West II in Pomerania, Poland.

The logistics park is located 10 kilometers from the centre of Gdansk – built in the immediate vicinity of the S6 and S7 routes, which ensures connections with both the region and the national transport network.

According to Panattoni, the third building in the park will ultimately have an area of approximately 40,000 square meters and will increase the total area of the investment to 113,000 square meters. The first tenant of the new hall is NRF Thermal Engineering Poland, a manufacturer of cooling equipment for industry and railways that will occupy approximately 12,000 square meters.

“Further financing from our banking partner, BNP Paribas Bank Polska, is an example of long-term cooperation and an important element in the implementation of our expansion strategy in key markets in the country,” commented Panattoni Head of Debt Finance Poland Emilia Taczewska-Trojanska.
