WING has announced a strategic agreement with Accent Hotel Management to jointly operate hotel projects in Hungary.
The two companies are now establishing a joint venture to combine their knowledge and experience to provide professional hotel management and development services. The first joint operation of Accent and WING began in August 2025 at the Best Western Plus Lakeside Hotel in Szekesfehervar, with more hotels planned to follow. This collaboration will offer professional hotel management, leasing, and bespoke solutions for developers, working alongside major hotel companies and investors.
According to the developer, “WING contributes to the partnership its real estate development expertise, experience in portfolio management, capital strength, and value-creating solutions, while Accent brings local and international references, professional operational competencies, and brand relationships to ensure the cooperation’s success.” As an operational partner, Accent provides comprehensive hotel industry expertise to ensure the success of the projects. Headquartered in Budapest, the company operates more than 2,000 rooms across 29 hotels in Hungary and Austria for various property owners and is actively expanding its portfolio in the market. As an independent white label operator, Accent collaborates with international hotel chains under franchise agreements, managing hotels under brands such as Marriott, Best Western, and Accor.
“Thanks to WING’s experience as a developer and owner, we can offer integrated, transparent, and value-enhancing solutions that are still lacking in the domestic independent hotel operator market,” commented WING Deputy CEO of Hotels & Commercial Properties Erno Takacs. “We have gained considerable professional experience in operating our own hotel portfolio, and these hotels serve as excellent references. As a result, we are open to providing reliable and professional operational and project management services to third parties as well.”
“Our cooperation with one of the largest real estate developers in the Central European region is a major confirmation of the values that have defined Accent since the beginning,” added Accent Hotel Management Managing Director Imre Csordas. “We are proud to have built a complex operational system and infrastructure with experienced and qualified professionals, enabling us to successfully manage a variety of hotels, whether it’s a city business hotel under an international brand, a countryside wellness resort, or accommodation in an Austrian ski resort. In our joint venture, we aim to combine this knowledge and expertise with WING’s real estate development and management experience to operate hotel investments as efficiently and successfully as possible.”
