Granit Acquires Revetas Capital’s Hungary Park Center Portfolio

Granit Asset Management has acquired Revetas Capital’s Park Center retail portfolio in Hungary.

The transaction covers a portfolio comprising eight retail parks and four single-tenant retail assets located in regional cities across Hungary, with a combined gross leasable area of approximately 45,000 square meters. The properties are nearly fully leased and host a mix of international and regional tenants, including C&A, Deichmann, Intersport, and McDonald’s.

Granit Asset Management carried out the acquisition through the MPT Real Estate Fund. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval.

Kinstellar advised the buyer and CMS advised the seller on the deal (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on December 19, 2025).
