Uniqa Acquires Wronia 31 Office Building in Warsaw

Uniqa Real Estate Management has acquired the Wronia 31 office building in Warsaw’s central business district from LaSalle Investment Management.

Wronia 31 offers 16,600 square meters of office space on 14 floors, as well as a BREEAM certificate at the Outstanding level and WiredScore Platinum.

The facility was developed by Ghelamco and commissioned in 2017. LaSalle Investment Management took over the property in 2019.
