Vastint has announced new tenants in the first phase of its Waterfront development in Gdynia, including DP World, Scale Aquaculture Poland, Martico Poland, APA Wojciechowski Architekci, and Kancelaria Grela.
According to the company, PKO Bank Polski remains the main tenant (having extended its lease in 2024 as reported by CEE Real Estate Matters on August 29, 2024).
Vastint announced that other new tenants at Waterfront have chosen the Ready Flex concept, offering short-term leasing of fully equipped office modules, totaling almost 1,000 square meters. This summer, Scale Aquaculture Poland, a local branch of a Norwegian aquaculture company, moved in. Next door, Martico Poland, specializing in logistics and comprehensive supply chain services, particularly in container transport, opened its new headquarters. On the sixth floor, the architectural studio APA Wojciechowski Architekci recently opened its new office. The building also welcomed Kancelaria Grela.
“We are pleased that ten years after the first Waterfront building was opened, it remains just as attractive to tenants,” commented Vastint Poland Senior Leasing Manager Marcin Falenczyk. “We are seeing strong interest in the Ready Flex formula in particular, which allows for more flexible leasing terms. The building’s appeal is further strengthened by the fact that it is the only office building in Poland located directly on the quay, with uninterrupted sea views.”
