Mediaposte Hit Mail is the largest direct marketing company in Romania. It provides marketing, logistics, and IT solutions. Founded in 1997, Mediaposte Hit Mail became part of the French group La Poste (French Post Office) in 2009.
According to the developer, the fully leased building provides 13,700 square meters of GLA and has an Excellent BREEAM rating. It is part of an office complex designed by Baumschlager Eberle Architekci Krakow studio.
On November 16, 2021, Colliers released its Flexpansion 2021 report which showed a 155,000 square meters increase in the total amount of flex workspace across EMEA, equating to 25,000 extra desks.
