Segro European Logistics Partnership Picks Up Logistics Park Near Prague

Segro European Logistics Partnership has acquired a fully-leased logistics park in Sazava, Czech Republic, from the UDI Group.

According to the Dentons law firm, which advised Segro European Logistics Partnership on the deal, “the transaction enlarges SELP’s footprint in the Czech Republic, increasing its total leasable space in the country by nearly 30% to more than 215,000 square meters.” According to the firm, located near the Czech capital, “the Segro Logistics Park Prague, Sazava spans nearly 13 hectares and comprises four modern warehouse buildings with a total leasable area of 46,500 square meters.”

According to Accolade, the premises with an area of almost 14,000 square meters will also serve as the headquarters for the company in the Czech Republic.
