Toyota Material Handling CZ Moves Into Zdice Park

Accolade has announced that Toyota Material Handling CZ has taken over its new premises in its Zdice Park, developed by Panattoni.

According to Accolade, the premises with an area of almost 14,000 square meters will also serve as the headquarters for the company in the Czech Republic.

Park Zdice is located at exit 28 on the D5 motorway, approximately 40 kilometers from Prague, with connections to Pilsen and the Rozvadov border crossing. The complex offers a total area of over 70,000 square meters, with a significant portion comprising green spaces.

Toyota Material Handling CZ is a supplier of material handling equipment on the Czech market. It offers a wide portfolio of forklifts, warehouse equipment, and automated solutions, complemented by rental, service, and consulting services. Thanks to innovations in electrification and automation, it helps customers increase productivity and safety in logistics and manufacturing.

“The opening of the new hall in Zdice is another strategic milestone for Toyota MHCZ,” commented Toyota Material Handling CZ Managing Director Frantisek Mikes. “The new premises, which match our growth pace and technical requirements of modern operations, connect essential components supporting our offer, a new warehouse with an area of almost 12,000 square meters, a multifunctional demo area, a modernly equipped service workshop, as well as an administrative section that ergonomically and aesthetically reflects our overall care for our customers, partners, and employees. Everything is combined into a whole that meets demanding sustainability, technical, and energy efficiency standards with a strong emphasis on safety. The new environment conceptually incorporates the values of the Toyota Production System, which are an inherent part of the wide range of Toyota brand material handling equipment, as well as our own facility operations. We are absolutely convinced that the new modern Toyota MHCZ environment will bring our partners a higher level of service and all of us new opportunities for further development on the Czech market.”

“Toyota MHCZ’s decision to locate its operations and headquarters at Panattoni Business Park Zdice confirms our ability to offer tailor-made solutions to clients,” added Panattoni Regional Director Jan Andrejco. “We designed the project to meet high demands for sustainability and operational flexibility. We are pleased that the park is becoming a place where cutting-edge technology meets a responsible approach to the environment.”
