Raiffeisen Mirovinski Fondovi Acquires City Center One Split Stake

Raiffeisen Mirovinski Fondovi has acquired a stake in the City Center One Split shopping mall.

Savoric & Partners advised the buyer in the transaction (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on January 12, 2026).

According to the firm, the transaction marks Raiffeisen Pension Funds’ first investment in the commercial real estate sector following Croatia’s 2024 legislative liberalization. City Center One Split is notable for being the first shopping mall in Croatia aligned with the EU Taxonomy and for holding DGNB Gold certification.
