Renters Acquires Irundo–Short Term Rentals

Renters.pl has acquired Irundo–Short Term Rentals in Croatia.

Renters.pl is a portfolio company of Enterprise Investors. It manages more than 5,000 apartments across Poland.

Irundo–Short Term Rentals is a Croatian short-term rentals company. The company was founded 15 years ago and manages over 300 apartments across top tourist destinations such as Zagreb, Dubrovnik, Rovinj, Rijeka, and Opatija, as well as in Belgrade and Vienna.

“This is our second international acquisition and yet another confirmation that partners across the CEE region believe in our vision – to build the largest short-term rental platform in Central and Eastern Europe,” commented Renters.pl CEO Kamil Krzyżanowski. “They join us because they see that together we can grow faster and benefit from the technology, processes, and scale we’ve developed in Poland. Irundo is a strong brand in Croatia, and under Renters’ umbrella, we want to help it reach the next level.”

BDV advised Renters.pl and Kusalic advised the sellers on the deal (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on October 16, 2025).
