Optegra Opens Flagship Clinic in Warsaw Trade Tower

The Optegra laser-vision-correction clinic has opened it doors for business on the first floor of the Warsaw Trade Tower.

The new 500-square-foot clinic in the Warsaw Trade Tower is the twelfth Optegra facility in Poland and the third in Warsaw.

According to Globalworth, which owns the Warsaw Trade Tower, “the opening of the Optegra clinic significantly expands the range of publicly available specialist services in Warsaw Trade Tower, in line with the trend of developing office buildings as multifunctional spaces (mixed-use). The building provides access to Optegra’s offer and specialists not only for office tenants, but also for Warsaw residents.”

“Warsaw Trade Tower is a unique location for our flagship project in the capital,” said Agnieszka Szpara, CEO of Optegra ophthalmology clinics. “The new clinic was designed as an ‘ideal’ place in every respect, where every detail matters – starting with the location providing convenient access from every part of Warsaw. Warsaw Centrum meets the highest European standards and offers access to the ‘gold standard’ of technology, which includes innovative Zeiss equipment, the latest correction methods, process management security, dedicated staff and professional care.”

The Optegra Clinic offers patients nine offices, including two medical offices, five optometry offices, and two diagnostic offices, as well as a treatment room.

“Tenants from the medical industry have specific requirements related to the design and fit-out process, which must take into account the guidelines for the advanced technologies used by the clinic and rigorous sanitary standards and ISO standards,” said Mateusz Szpala, Project Manager in the Workplaces department of Globalworth Poland. “Work on the design and implementation of the Optegra Warszawa Centrum clinic lasted less than 5 months, requiring the coordination of many threads, in particular the adaptation of the building installation, including finding a place to introduce a new dedicated central unit, air conditioning in an existing and functioning building. It is a great satisfaction that we managed to create a space together that meets the highest expectations of the clinic and its patients.”

“Medical facilities are increasingly choosing prestigious office buildings that combine business and social functions and a good location,” added Weronika Maria Kuna, MRICS, Asset Management and Leasing Manager, Globalworth Poland. “We are proud that in Warsaw Trade Tower we can develop cooperation with tenants from the medical sector, which is an important element of Globalworth’s strategy of tenant diversification and creation of mixed-use office buildings.”

Optegra was supported in the transaction by experts from Colliers.
