Newgate Investment Acquires Ozimska Park Opole from Redkom Development

Newgate Investment has acquired the Ozimska Park Opole, which covers an area of over 17,000 square meters of gross leasing area and was developed on the site of a former retail complex and Tesco hypermarket, from Redkom Development.

Ozimska Park Opole is located at Ozimska Street 72, in the center of Opole. Tenants include 28 retail and service outlets, including a Kaufland chain grocery store. The facility won the European Property Awards in 2023, in the “Retail Architecture Poland” category.

Redkom Development specializes in the construction and commercialization of large retail parks, through both greenfield and brownfield investments. It also develops logistics and residential projects. The company operates on the Polish, Romanian, and Spanish markets.

Newgate Investment is an investment platform offering investment solutions in the retail park sector for institutional investors and specialized individual investors. The company’s portfolio consists of 33 retail properties throughout Poland worth almost EUR 300 million, and offering more than 150,000 square meters of leasable space.
