LCP Poland Refinances EMKA Koszalin

LCP Poland has secured a EUR 40 million loan from Erste Group Bank to refinance the existing debt of the EMKA Koszalin shopping center.

LCP Poland is part of the M Core collective.

EMKA Koszalin is a three-story, 22,000-square-meter shopping center located in the heart of Koszalin, near the Baltic Sea. Originally opened in 2002 and modernized in 2023, the center now hosts nearly 70 Polish and international tenants and features a dedicated dining zone.

Dentons advised the lender and KNP Kaminski Radcowie Prawni i Adwokaci advised the borrower on the deal (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on December 15, 2025).
