New and Extended Leases at Metropolitan Warszawa

EBRU Capital, the asset manager of the Metropolitan Warszawa office building in Warsaw, has reported the signing of 18,000 square meters worth of new lease agreements and extensions by tenants such as HP, LCP Properties, the Green Holding Group, among others.

According to EBRU Capital, HP is not only extending its lease agreement in the Metropolitan Warszawa, but will expand within the building, and LCP Properties — part of the British investment group M Core — will double its space at the Metropolitan Warszawa. Green Holding Group, a Polish family-owned business that is one of the main producers of fresh vegetables in Poland and Central & Eastern Europe, has taken office space overlooking Plac Pilsudskiego in Warsaw.

“Trust from businesses that are global leaders in their industries is the best proof of the Metropolitan Warszawa’s quality,” said Joanna Kowalska-Szymczak, founder and CEO of EBRU Capital. “What counts on this market is buildings with high ESG standards, supporting well-being in life and at work, consciously integrated into the fabric of the city, with a strong brand, generating both economic and intellectual capital. This is exactly what the Metropolitan Warszawa offers. As the Metropolitan’s asset manager, we strive every day to create a friendly, comfortable and attractive working environment for all companies that have chosen this iconic building to be their headquarters.”
