Moet Hennessy Polska Moves to Metropolitan Warszawa

Moet Hennessy Polska, part of the global luxury products group LVMH, has signed a lease at Metropolitan Warszawa for 600 square meters of modern office space with views of Raffles Europejski and Pilsudski Square.

LVMH manages over 70 international luxury brands in fashion, beauty, jewelry, and fine wines and spirits. The group brands including Louis Vuitton, Dior, Fendi, and Givenchy, among others. Moet Hennessy’s portfolio contains a wide range of champagnes, including Dom Perignon, Moet & Chandon, Veuve Cliquot, Ruinart, and Krug, and an offer of fine spirits including Hennessy Cognac, Glenmoragie, Ardbeg Whisky, and Belvedere Vodka – the only Polish product in the LVMH family.

“We are proud to welcome Moët Hennessy Polska as a new tenant at Metropolitan Warszawa,” said Joanna Kowalska-Szymczak, founder and CEO of EBRU Capital, asset managers for Metropolitan Warszawa. “This shows our success at transforming the building into a home for prestigious global brands with great history. Located in the most attractive part of the city, Metropolitan Warszawa uniquely blends class with a modern office environment tailored for creativity and innovation. I am confident that Metropolitan Warszawa will be a perfect setting for continued success of Moët Hennessy Polska.”

“Our business and teams have been growing dynamically, hence the existing office space proved too small,” said Tomasz Urbanski, General Manager Moët Hennesy Poland & Ukraine. “Therefore, we started looking for a new location. We have ultimately chosen Metropolitan, which is strategically located in the heart of Warsaw, and offers not only an open office space, but also an attractive view of the Saxon Garden and Pilsudski Square.”

The Lord Foster-designed property Metropolitan Warszawa is located on Pilsudskiego Square in Warsaw, next to the Saxon Garden and just off the Royal Route. The property’s amenities include a gym, cyclist facilities, underground parking with EV charging points, and a coffee shop, and it has achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating, a WELL Health-Safety Rating recognizing its safety procedures, and WiredScore’s Platinum certification, the highest level achievable for digital connectivity, quality of telecommunications solutions, and contingency plans.
