Max Realitni Fund Acquires Atrium Flora and Myslbek in Prague

The Max Realitni real estate fund has acquired Prague’s Atrium Flora shopping and office center from the Atrium Group — part of the Israeli G City Europe — and the city’s Myslbek shopping gallery and office center from Anatol Invest Holding, which is part of the French Caisse des Dépots group.

According to the Clifford Chance law firm, which advised Atrium Group on the first sale, the Atrium Flora shopping center, which is located between Prague’s Vrsovice and Vinohrady districts, spans 20,000 square meters of retail space and 17,600 square meters of office space and features approximately 130 stores, a dedicated food court, an underground garage with 750 parking spaces, and the only IMAX cinema in the Czech Republic.

Combined, the total leasable area of the two newly-acquired entities is 64,000 square meters, and the estimated value of the two acquisitions exceeds 350 million euros.

Max Realitni is a real estate fund focused on prime retail and office space that was founded in May 2023 by entrepreneur Richard Moravek.
