Blue Assets to Manage Fidurock’s Arkada Prostejov

Blue Assets has announced it will be providing property management services for seven retail parks belonging to Fidurock starting January 2026.

The property manager informed that it took over management of the Arkada Prostejov on November 28, 2025, which Fidurock acquired recently (as reported by CEE Real Estate Matters on December 3, 2025). The parks managed for Fidurock are located across the Czech Republic in: Stare Mesto u Uherskeho Hradiste, Chocen, Milevsko, Liberec, Mlada Boleslav, Tabor, Trutnov, and Prostejov. Their gross leasable area exceeds 82,000 square meters.

Part of the Panattoni Group, Blue Assets has been operating in the Czech market since 2023. It currently manages more than 60 assets with a total leasable area of over 1.6 million square meters located throughout the Czech Republic.

Fidurock Acquires Sokolska 35 and 37 Buildings in Prague

The buildings are located in the immediate vicinity of Wenceslas Square, the Museum, and I. P. Pavlova and have a current area of 2,157 square meters. According to Fidurock, will undergo complete renovation and conversion from office to residential rental units.

Cresco Real Estate’s SO-HO Rezidence Secures Financing

The phase of SO-HO Rezidence follows the already completed building on V Haji Street and will comprise 194 residential units. Completion of the development is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.
