Hermes Moves Head Office to K2 in Gdynia

Hermes sp. z o.o. has leased 425 square meters of office space in Vastint’s K2 office building in Gdynia, on Poland’s northern coast. Hermes relocated to its new head office in December.

Founded in Gdynia in 1990, Hermes is one of Poland’s longest-operating logistics companies. Its services include overseas and domestic transport of containers, curtain-sided transport solutions across Europe, and heavy and oversized cargo. The company also offers expertise in loading/unloading steel products.

“We are delighted to welcome Hermes sp. z o.o. to the K2 office building,” said Marcin Falenczyk, Senior Leasing Manager, Vastint Poland. “The decision to choose this property as their new head office highlights its appeal as a modern, sustainable, and well-connected workplace. At Vastint, we are committed to providing high-quality office spaces that meet the evolving needs of our tenants. We are confident that K2 will support Hermes in their continued growth and success.”

“To accommodate its growth and optimize costs, Hermes decided to move to Class A office space in K2 – a prestigious, energy-efficient and amenity-rich office building in a prime location,” said Kaja Karbowska-Nowak, Associate, Newmark Polska. “The tenant’s decision was influenced by its successful cooperation with Vastint and the relatively short timeframe for lease conclusion.”
