GTC Appoints Zoltan Martonyi as Interim Chairman of the Supervisory Board

GTC S.A. has announced that Zoltan Martonyi has assumed the role of Interim Chairman of the Supervisory Board at the company as of September 11, 2025.

GTC is an investor and developer operating in the commercial real estate market in Central and Eastern Europe as well as in Germany.

According to the company, Martonyi will serve in this capacity until the General Meeting convenes and elects a new Chairman. The previous Chairman, Janos Peter Bartha, has stepped down from the Supervisory Board. He has served as an independent Member of the Supervisory Board of GTC since July 10, 2025. “As a Senior Partner at Martonyi & Partner, he brings extensive expertise in comprehensive legal and transactional advisory,” the company added.

Previously, he held the role of Global Relationship Partner at PwC and management positions at the Hungarian office of Baker & McKenzie, where he led the banking and finance practice. Earlier in his career, he also worked at Linklaters in Budapest and London.
