Gridarch Sells Real Property in Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park to EQT Exeter

    Czech developer Gridarch a.s. has sold 110,000 square meters of land in the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park to EQT Exeter.

    The OAMP is being developed into an industrial zone with logistics facilities.

    Gridarch specializes in the preparation, construction, and leasing of modern industrial and logistics real estate. The company initiated the development of the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park in Ostrava-Mosnov in 2018.

    EQT Exeter is a global real estate investor and asset manager focused on logistics, office, and residential projects. It was formed in 2021 through the merger of EQT Real Estate and Exeter Property Group, and currently manages assets worth over USD 35 billion.

    The Kocian Solc Balastik law firm advised Gridarch on the sale.
