On August 20, the Goraco Polecam — Smaki z Piekarni bakery chain has opened a location in Katowice’s Supersam marketplace. The agreement to open a new point of sale was signed between the Enata Bread group, which manages the Goraco Polecam brand, and Globalworth Poland.
Supersam is a modern multifunctional facility combining service and retail locations with office space that is located in the center of Katowice, near the market square. The facility offers almost 23,000 square meters of commercial space, including several dozen shops, service points, and catering outlets, and the upper floors contain a Fitness Academy club and office space as well as a car park with about 400 spaces.
According to Globalworth, “in addition to sales in the location, the new tenant offers a wide selection of products available in the island concept. Everything has been thought out and designed so that visitors can conveniently and quickly make purchases. Wooden construction, noble ceramics, and transparent glass reflect the home-styled character.”
