FairPlay Properties REIT has sold the FairPlay Business Hub office building in the Hladilnika district of Sofia to First Big Orange Garden EOOD for EUR 23.04 million.
First Big Orange Garden EOOD is owned by entrepreneur and investor Petar Mitev. The deal maintains existing tenant leases at the property.
The Kinstellar law firm advised First Big Orange Garden on the acquisition.
