DSK Bank and OTP Bank Provide Real-Estate Financing for Bravo Sky in Bulgaria

DSK Bank and OTP Bank have provided EUR 88 million in real-estate financing to an unnamed borrower for Bravo Sky, a commercial development project in Sofia.

The transaction closed in April 2025.

The Wolf Theiss law firm, which advised the banks on the financing, describes the unnamed borrower as “a leading real estate investment platform in Bulgaria.” According to the firm, “with an investment volume of approximately EUR 120 million and over 71,500 square meters of built-up area, Bravo Sky is set to become a benchmark for sustainable commercial development in the country. The project will offer office and retail space with internationally recognized sustainability certifications, including LEED Gold & Platinum and BREEAM Very Good, highlighting OTP Group’s focus on sustainable finance in its long-term investment strategy.”
