Eracent Extends Lease at Business Garden Warsaw

Eracent Sp. z o.o., a provider of advanced IT solutions for managing IT assets and costs, will extend its lease and continue operations at the Business Garden complex in Warsaw.

Vastint, which owns and operates the Business Garden Warsaw, describes it as “a state-of-the-art office complex with a total area of over 90,000 square meters, comprising seven buildings located on Żwirki i Wigury Street.” According to Vastint, “the complex offers tenants a wide range of amenities, including a green garden with relaxation zones, restaurants, a convenience store, infrastructure for bikers, and an extensive selection of supporting services, such as a hotel with a conference center. The development was designed in line with sustainable building principles and holds a LEED Platinum certification.”

“We are pleased that Eracent has chosen to continue its partnership and remain at Business Garden Warsaw,” said Anna Szmilewska, Senior Leasing Manager at Vastint Poland. “This is an important signal for us that the conditions created by Vastint – both in terms of infrastructure and a work-friendly atmosphere – genuinely support our tenants’ development. Eracent was represented in the transaction by Brochocki Real Estate. The renegotiation process was carried out in a very positive atmosphere, with great commitment from all parties involved. It confirms that transparent communication and a partnership-based approach are the foundation of long-term business relationships.”
