Embassy of Japan Moves to Prague’s Idea Office Building

The Embassy of Japan has become a new tenant of the Idea Office Building in Prague 5, in the Andel neighborhood of the Czech capital.

White Star Real Estate, announced on behalf of the NEMO real-estate fund, which was founded by Ceskomoravska Nemovitostni, that the Embassy of Japan had leased 951 square meters of space on the top floor of the Idea Office Building.

Procter & Gamble Join CTPark Prague North in New Facility

CTP has signed a lease agreement with global consumer goods company Procter & Gamble for a new 37,000-square-meter logistics and production facility at CTPark Prague North.
