CTP Announces Golden Fish as New Tenant in CTPark Bucharest North

On September 21, 2021 – CTP announced it is welcoming Romanian company Golden Fish and its product brand Micul Fermier to its new 14,500-square meter facility in CTPark Bucharest North.

According to CTP, Golden Fish is a private company with 100% Romanian capital that sells equipment, spare parts, and consumables with a portfolio of tools for home, farm, garden, and orchard under the umbrella of its own brands: Micul Fermier, Detoolz, Almaz, and Micul Padurar. The company’s continued growth and plans for expansion called for new facilities, including office and storage space. Golden Fish initially signed on for a 10,500 square meter unit but expanded its footprint to 14,500 square meter.

“We believe that CTP is the perfect partner for companies such as Golden Fish,” commented CTP Romania Country Manager Ana Dumitrache. “This is just the beginning of our long-term collaboration, and we are ready to assist Golden Fish with the implementation of their strategy.”

“We found at CTPark Bucharest a park that has, in addition to all the necessary facilities, many green spaces and carefully designed areas to offer everyone a pleasant working environment,” added Golden Fish General Manager Gabriel Pastrav. “The site is easily accessible both for logistics operations and for our company’s over 120 employees, which is a major advantage for us, and we are excited that starting this week we will begin operating from our new offices and warehouses.”

CTPark Bucharest North was developed following an investment of over EUR 65 million. It is located in Stefanesti-Ilfov. Other CTPark Bucharest tenants include DSV Group, Rohlik, and Boutique Mall.
