Companies from Polski Fundusz Rozwoju Group Lease Space at Cedet

Manova Partners has entered into six lease agreements for a combined area of 9500 square meters in Warsaw’s Cedet office building with companies of the Polski Fundusz Rozwoju group.

The Cedet — originally the Central Department Store (in Polish, Centralny Dom Towarowy) — is a modernist office building that served originally as a department store when it opened as the Polish capital’s first in 1952. It was destroyed by fire in 1975, and, though rebuilt, required thorough renovation before being reopened in 2018.

The Greenberg Traurig law firm advised Manove Partners on the deal. The SKJB law firm advised the Polski Fundusz Rozwoju group.
