Alior Bank Moves Headquarters to Varso Tower in Warsaw

Alior Bank SA is moving its headquarters to Varso Tower in Warsaw.

According to Alior, “this decision is the result of striving to optimize the company’s operations and create a working environment that supports both operational efficiency and employee comfort. Varso Place is one of the most prestigious office complexes in Warsaw, which includes modern offices, a hotel, an innovation center, restaurants, fitness clubs and many other amenities. The key element is Varso Tower, the tallest building in the European Union, which has become one of the symbols of modern Warsaw.”

“We are very pleased that Alior Bank is renting 8,300 square meters of space in Varso Place buildings, which confirms the great interest in our investment among customers,” said Cezary Blaszczyk, Managing Director of HB Reavis Investments Poland. “We are pleased that Varso will be the new headquarters of one of the main banks in Poland, and the solutions used in the project will serve to implement the strategy and further development of our new Tenant’s business. We are waiting for the first bank employees, who will soon appear in our spaces.”

The Warsaw office of the CMS law firm advised HB Reavis, and CBRE provided what HB Reavis describes as “professional and effective cooperation in the implementation of the transaction.”
