Agfa-Gevaert to Stay in Warsaw’s Oxygen Park Complex

The Agfa-Gevaert Group has extended its lease of office space in Warsaw’s Oxygen Park for another six years.

Agfa-Gevaert signed its first lease in the Warsaw complex in 2014. The headquarters of the Polish branch of Agfa covers 1,160 square meters of modern office space and is located on the 3rd floor of Oxygen Park’s Building B.

The Agfa-Gevaert Group develops, manufactures, and distributes an extensive range of analogue and digital imaging systems and IT solutions, mainly for the printing industry and the healthcare sector, as well as for specific industrial applications. With over 150 years of experience, the company has become one of the most recognizable brands in its sector.

“As the owner and manager of office buildings, we continuously analyze market trends [and the] expectations of the tenants, and [we] implement solutions to tailor our facilities to the changing market needs,” said Ewa Dragunajtys, Senior Leasing Manager at Golden Star Estate. “The same principle applies to Oxygen Park, which is constantly being upgraded to offer the most comfortable working environment. It is to our satisfaction that our commitment results in lease extensions signed by our long-standing tenants. It is a true honor for us to be a trustworthy partner for a renowned global company such as Agfa. We are also honored that Agfa has decided to stay in Oxygen Park.”

“The shift in the work model, towards a hybrid one, required many offices to be rearranged,” said Robert Romanowski, Senior Associate, Office Agency, Colliers, which advised Agfa-Gevaert on the process. “This was also the case for Agfa-Gevaert Group. Thanks to the negotiated fit-out budget, the tenant will enjoy a new space tailored to the expectations of its employees.”

Oxygen Park is a modern office complex located on Aleje Jerozolimskie in Warsaw’s business district. The project consists of two six-story buildings with a total leasable area of over 18,000 square meters. The glazed façade guarantees access to daylight, and tilt windows enable ventilation of the rooms. In addition to office space, Oxygen Park’s tenants also have at their disposal a green patio with a relaxation zone, a canteen, and retail and service outlets. The project also features 162 parking spaces in the underground garage, bicycle racks, and locker rooms with showers.
