Well Pack Expands Lease at CTPark Budapest West

CTP has announced that Well Pack Hungaria Kft. has expanded its leased premises in CTPark Budapest West to 5,200 square meters.

According to the developer, Well Pack Hungaria is a long-term tenant, having been in CTPark Budapest West in Biatorbagy since 2018.

CTPark Budapest West is a logistics and industrial hub located at the intersection of the M0 and M1 highways.

While its main activity is the repair and inspection of pallets, Well Pack Hungaria also provides comprehensive logistics services, from warehousing to global fulfilment (3PL/4PL). Activities at the Biatorbagy site are closely aligned with the principles of the circular economy, with R4 practices (reduce, reuse, repair, recycle) applied at every level of operation.

“The expansion of Well Pack is particularly gratifying for us, as we are deepening our cooperation with a long-standing partner,” commented CTP Hungary Regional Business Development Manager Andras Kiss. “Our philosophy is to grow together with our customers – and that is literally being realized here. We create not only space for our tenants, but also a stable and ESG-compatible environment that supports their long-term business success.”

“In 2018, we moved to CTPark Budapest West because we needed a partner who understood the logic of growth and could grow with us,” added Well Pack Head of Business Development Department Petr Belohradsky. “Our relationship with CTP has proven its strength and viability many times over the past years. Now that we are expanding again, we can count on the same cooperation and flexibility.”
