OTP Real Estate Fund Management Cross-Sales Baber Office Building and Corvin4 Office Building in Budapest

OTP Real Estate Fund Management has concluded the cross-sale of Baber Office Building and the Corvin4 Office Building in Budapest.

OTP Real Estate Fund Management is the manager of the open-ended OTP Real Estate Fund and Prime Real Estate Fund. 

The Baber Office Building is located in the 13th District and has a gross leasable area of approximately 23,000 square meters. it is currently leased to OTP Bank Plc as the main tenant.

The Corvin4 Office Building is located in south-pest and has a gross leasable area of approximately 25,000 square meters. It is currently leased to eight different tenants. 

Schoenherr has advised OTP Real Estate Fund Management on the deal while Ecovis advised the buyers (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on September 23, 2025).
