Hebe Becomes Tenant at SOHO by Yareal in Warsaw

The Hebe brand has joined the group of tenants in Yareal Polska’s SOHO by Yareal multi-functional project in the Kamionek neighborhood of Warsaw, where it will occupy a retail unit of over 320 square meters on the ground floor of the SOHO 10 building that is scheduled to open in the first quarter of next year.

Hebe, which is operated by the Jeronimo Martins Group in Poland, offers a curated selection of products, including exclusive brands such as Gosh, Hean, and Karl Lagerfeld. Its assortment includes natural, Korean, Japanese, dermo-cosmetic, and professional beauty products, as well as premium makeup items and accessories under the Hebe Professional line. The brand, which has been present in Poland since 2011, currently operates over 370 brick-and-mortar stores across Poland.

The Hebe store will be on the ground floor of SOHO 10 — an L-shaped residential building ranging from four to nine stories that is currently under construction. According to Yareal Polska, “this building will complete the elegant urban frontage of the development, forming the northwestern corner of the SOHO by Yareal complex. Designed with meticulous attention to detail, SOHO 10 features contemporary architecture that references Kamionek’s industrial past. Its refined white façade is accentuated with geometric patterns, giving the building a visually expressive, artistic appearance. The use of corten steel in the retail arcade provides a striking contrast to the bright architectural design.”

Hebe lease at SOHO by Yareal was facilitated with the involvement of Patrycja Wlodarczyk, representing the Homest real estate firm.

“We are very pleased to see the commercial and service areas within the SOHO by Yareal complex gradually filling up with tenants,” said Paulina Petynka, Leasing Director at Yareal Polska. “In shaping the tenant mix for this project, our aim is to deliver a comprehensive offer that not only meets the basic needs of residents, users, and the local community, but goes far beyond. This is why we focus on culinary concepts, cafés, a diverse range of services, and retail stores. SOHO by Yareal already features, and will continue to welcome, both bespoke boutique concepts and outlets from well-known retail chains. The agreement with Hebe aligns perfectly with our strategy, and we are delighted that, starting in Q1 2026, customers will be able to shop at this well-known and widely appreciated chain.”
