Stena Real Estate Acquires Buildings in High5ive Office Complex in Krakow

Sweden’s Stena Real Estate AB has acquired two fully leased, LEED Platinum-certified buildings in Krakow’s High5ive office complex, giving the company over 100,000 square meters of modern office space in Poland.

The properties – High5ive buildings 1 and 2 — were acquired from a fund managed by Niam. The acquisition complements Stena Real Estate’s existing ownership of building 3, which was purchased in early 2022.

“Crossing 100,000 square meters is a major milestone for us and signals our long-term commitment to Poland,” said Stena Real Estate CEO Sofia Granlund. “Our growing portfolio gives us a strong platform for continued growth in one of Europe’s most promising office markets.”

The two newly acquired buildings offer a total of 23,600 square meters of gross leasable area and host a tenant line-up including Hitachi Energy, PwC, Business Link, Kaseya, and Shoper. They are certified at the LEED Platinum level.

Currently, Stena Real Estate owns six office buildings in Poland: Spark B and Studio B in Warsaw, Centrum Poludnie 1 in Wroclaw, and three buildings in the High5ive complex in Krakow.
