Archicom Sells City 2 Office Building in Wroclaw

Archicom, which is part of the Echo Group, has sold the City 2 office building in Wroclaw for EUR 31 million to an unspecified Polish investor.

City 2 is a modern, five-story office building with a leasable area of ​​​​nearly 13,000 square meters in the center of Wroclaw.

“The office building meets the highest technical and environmental standards, and its renowned tenants guarantee stable revenues,” said Rafal Zboch, the Archicom board member supervising the transaction. “I am convinced that City 2 will be a great complement to the investor’s portfolio.”
