CA Immo Welcomes Everpure in Danube House in Prague

CA Immo has signed a lease agreement with Everpure for approximately 14,500 square meters of office space in its Danube House office building in Riverside Karlin, Prague.

With this lease, CA Immo announced it has achieved full occupancy of the building, after Allegro and Intersnack took up leases in it in 2025 (as reported by CEE Real Estate Matters on October 10, 2025).

“Reaching full occupancy well ahead of completion is a significant milestone for Danube House and a clear confirmation of our vision for the project,” commented CA Immo Managing Director Czech Republic Vaclav Jonas. “With this comprehensive refurbishment, we are transforming the building into an iconic, first-class landmark Class A building with irreplaceable views of Prague Castle.”

“Danube House stood out as a natural choice for our Prague operations,” added Everpure Head of the Prague Office Paul Melmon. “It is a unique building within the Riverside Karlin campus, a location we know well and where we have been very satisfied. We have been building a world-class team in Karlin for the past five years, and the quality of the campus provides the right platform for our continued growth and innovation in the region.”

CA Immo reported that the comprehensive refurbishment of Danube House is progressing, with completion planned for Q2 2026. Once finalized, the building will offer approximately 22,500 square meters of office space.
