Port Folio Immobilien has acquired building plots earmarked for subsidised housing in the planned “Am Kempelenpark” district from STC Holding Group.
The transaction was structured as an asset deal and relates to plots intended for subsidized residential development, with the sites to be developed in cooperation with non-profit developers.
