Investika Enters German Market with Leipzig Shopping Center Acquisition

Czech Investika Real Estate Fund has entered the German market through the acquisition of an 89.9% stake in the owner of the Hoefe am Bruehl shopping center in Leipzig from Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield.

Helaba provided acquisition financing.

Hoefe am Bruehl is a downtown Leipzig shopping center with approximately 45,000 square metres of space and more than 130 retail stores.

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield will retain a 10.1% stake and is expected to initially remain responsible for center and asset management.

Dentons advised Investika on the deal, Norton Rose Fulbright advised Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, and Clifford Chance advised Helaba (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on March 20, 2026).

Fidurock Acquires Sokolska 35 and 37 Buildings in Prague

The buildings are located in the immediate vicinity of Wenceslas Square, the Museum, and I. P. Pavlova and have a current area of 2,157 square meters. According to Fidurock, will undergo complete renovation and conversion from office to residential rental units.

Cresco Real Estate’s SO-HO Rezidence Secures Financing

The phase of SO-HO Rezidence follows the already completed building on V Haji Street and will comprise 194 residential units. Completion of the development is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.
